I have been traveling for almost 4 years and have worked with several travel agencies.Garrett Hamilton at Fusion Medical Staffing is simply the top! He is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and so easy to work with. He is kind, a gentleman and I always feel like he has my best interest. I highly recommend him and honestly I wouldn’t work with anyone else. If you need a recruiter who is an ultra professional and will do his best to get you an amazing contract, I would contact him ASAP! Garrett is not only my recruiter but has become a trusted friend.

UPDATE: so the business responded to me stating there’s been a miscommunication there’s never a miscommunication when neglect and abuse is extremely present in the facilities that you’re contracted through. There’s no miscommunication when you all choose to protect a facility over patient and then fire one of your employees.Don’t worry we’re reporting you all now because you had no ground. That you did for reporting what they saw in the facility. As I stated before, if you all like to work for people who like to abuse people and neglect them, and then try to put blame on others this is the perfect place if you like to work for people who like to justify abuse, this is clearly the place if you like to work for people who wanna call abuse a miscommunication Place. But don’t worry because guess what now I’m gonna report you all. Now people wanna have a conversation the time to talk is when you are were put aware of the situation going on in certain Facilities now you can talk to everybody I’m filing complaints with. And if you would’ve clearly done your research, it would’ve also known I’m not staff through your agency you guys couldn’t pay me enough to work with Incompetent recruiters and facilities. If you enjoy working for a company who contracts facilities that love to neglect, abuse, and manipulate patients completely be dismissive of CNA’s in request and this is the perfect place. They care more about an image than the care of the actual residents. When someone calls and reports a facility to state for abuse and neglect, and then these people decide to fire the person that called state, it shows where their priorities lie. If you’d like to deal with recruiters who don’t listen to your request and will put you out facility after you’ve told them, you didn’t want to go there in the first place and they went ahead Drafted up a contract and manipulated you to sign it. This is a perfect place for you. Conniving, sneaky, neglectful people.

Garrett Hamilton has been excellent with constant communication at the beginning of the onboarding, and more importantly, checking in during the assignment. Other companies forget you when your contract starts. Not here! Also, Garrett has thanked me numerous times for working with him and Fusion…. And of course, to us travelers, the pay has always been there

I have been traveling g since 2018. Been to a lot of places. Worked with great recruiters. Worked with terrible recruiters. Fusion fine with my old recruiter. Loved her. Was there for me with issues, submitted me to places I wanted, but understood that just because I got a job offer, the hospital may not be right, whether due to distance or schedule. Garrett was my next recruiter. My old recruiter left and I was stuck with him. Our first entanglement was he didn't want to submit me since I turned down a job that couldnt work with my schedule. He said that they didn't want to submit me if I didn't take the job. First threat. 2nd threat came for when he submitted me 18hrs away from my home and 12hrs away at another job, but the job had a terrible schedule and I had to be on call. I said 18hrs is too far Away from my kids and 12hrs is ok, but the schedule of 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3, off with oncall wouldnt. He said since I turned down Thosejobs, he wouldnt submit me anymore since, I turned down Those jobs. Basically I turned down too paying jobs and there company wants money and if I didn't take jobs that didn't work for me, then they won't find me jobs. All in all I loved my previous recruiters. She went through everything, fought to get me more money, a good schedule, and she was great. Garrett and the submission mangaer, terrible. It stopped being about traveling and became about the bottom line. I'm sorry traveling is terrible due to oversaturation of travelers, but my kids come first, and the pay has to be worth it to drive 1k miles and stay where the nearest airport is 260 miles away and housing is 2k a month. What they are paying now, I understand hospitals are struggling, but it's not worth to travel.
